I contacted Ed after a persistent and inconsistent problem with my desktop PC. Ed took it away and first stripped it down, cleaned it and put it back together again for me. This solved the problem for a while but the problem returned shortly after. Ed then came to my house free of charge to further diagnose the problem and since then the system has been running smoothly. Ed knows his stuff, charges very fairly and is a generally nice guy.
