Our standard labour rate is £40.00 per hour plus any applicable call out fee.  However as every job is different it would be impossible for us to provide a fixed price for every case.

We will always do our best to carry out a remote diagnosis and provide an estimate on cost before we book you for a visit based on the information you provide us, but sometimes we will need to assess the problem in person depending on the fault.

For more information and to receive a FREE estimate, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help!

If you are located within Worcester central, then there are no call out fees for an on-site visit.

If you are located outside of our free call out area (approx 10 mile radius), then a nominal call out fee may be charged.  This will be determined based on your post code and will be quoted at the time of booking and before any work commences.

Any work which requires collection/return of your devices may be subject to a small call out charge regardless of your location – this will also be quoted at the time of booking or quotation.

As we offer a fully mobile service and operate from a private office facility, for security reasons we do not currently have facilites to allow customers to drop off or collect their devices from us directly.

We understand that some customers may feel uneasy about their equipment being collected and taken away, however rest assured that any devices that require an off-site repair will only ever be handled directly by our own staff and will be fully insured during transit and throughout the duration of the repair process.

Please do not hesitate to get in touch should you have any further concerns or special requirements.

We do not offer harware repairs to tablets or mobile devices at this time – this includes screen replacement, battery replacement, and other hardware related faults.

If you are having problems with a mobile or tablet device relating to software issues, wi-fi connection problems, data recovery, backups or transfer of data then we may be able to help.  Please get in touch for a chat and we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction!

If you are having trouble with installing or connecting to a printer wether it be directly connected or wi-fi/networked then we’d be happy to help.

If your issue is related to the printer hardware itself, such as pages not printing correctly/missing colours, paper feed issues or not powering on, we always advise customers to consult their user manual in the first instance.  Most of these issues can be resolved by following the manufacturers fault finding steps such as head / nozzle cleaning or by replacing dried out ink cartridges.

We do not generally carry out any hardware repairs to printers due to part availability and the low cost of new printers today – most repairs would outweigh the cost of purchasing a new printer and are therefore simply not economical for you as a customer.
