I contacted Ed when my private laptop became infected with a virus. He arrived within a couple of hours at exactly the time that he said he would. He was well presented and professional He quickly removed the virus and repaired another laptop for me. My only concern is that he is not charging enough I think his invoice should have been more than double the amount it was. Companies do not necessarily want the cheapest. They want a good prompt professional service at a fair price.
