I gave Ed a significant challenge in trying to repair a small form factor PC that was 8 years old! 
Ed was professional, courteous and offered a very convenient service by collecting my PC direct from my home. 
Throughout the process of trying to fix the problem Ed made regular contact. The issue was identified and although this did not result in a fix (blown motherboard) the cost was extremely reasonable and I would not hesitate in recommending Ed to anyone.
