Hi All, I found Ed to be very knowledgeable not only on Computers but also on setting up my 4k tv, 4k amp, 4k bluray player and set top box, He fixed my desktop computer also replaced the complete keyboard and other parts on my laptop after I covered it with a cup of tea and dropped it. At a later date I lost complete internet access. 
Ed tried to fix it over the phone, in the end he said he would come round later that day. True to his word he fixed the problem. The problem was down to my internet service provider. Would I use Ed again. (YES).+++++
