Edward has been our regular ‘IT/computer’ man for a number of years now. He is quick to diagnose our issues and quick to fix them. His solutions work well and we seldom have to call him about the same issue again. When things are serious and require major work, he explains very clearly what we need to do and how much it will all cost. When one of our oldest machines ‘died’ (it had been our son’s in the sixth form and was over ten years old!), he suggested a refurbished system which has transformed our PC environment and work, all at a very reasonable price. Edward is punctual, very professional and entirely dependable. There is thus no reason why anyone who used him once would want to go anywhere else for PC advice and guidance. Thanks Edward.
