None of our digital broadband packages require you to have a landline, but if you'd like to keep one we've got you covered!

Get a digital landline with 250 minutes to UK landlines & mobiles included for £6 a month, or go UNLIMITED for £10 a month!

We'll assign you a new telephone number based on your location

PLEASE NOTE:  A number porting charge of £20.00 will be added to your first bill after we've successfully transferred your number.

Your Installation Appointment

Your fibre broadband will require an engineer visit to install the new service to your property.

Appointment slots are either Morning (08:00 - 12:00) or Afternoon (13:00 - 17:00) Monday to Friday, and someone over the age of 18 will need to be present during this time.

If you have any preferred dates, or there any specific days that you will / will not be available in the next few weeks, or there's anything else you think we may need to know to install your service, please let us know below.
