As members of The One Touch Switch service, we can notify your current provider that you'll be switching your broadband to us and automatically cancel your old service as soon as your new connection goes live. There's no need to contact your current provider, we'll handle everything for you!
If you don't currently have our fibre at your property, an engineer visit will be required to get your new service installed.
Appointment slots are either Morning (08:00 - 12:00) or Afternoon (13:00 - 17:00) Monday to Friday, and someone over the age of 18 will need to be present during this time.
