All packages are subject to a 12 month minimum term & £50 one off installation fee. Installation fee due immediately following successful activation. Packages shown are available to customers in FullFibre / Fibre Heroes network areas only. Speeds indicated are maximum and available to at least 50% of users during peak times. We guarantee a minimum of 50% of the indicated speed during peak times via a wired ethernet connection. Wi-Fi coverage & speed may vary. Unlimited usage subject to Fair Usage Policy. We will not increase the price of your package during your contract. All residential packages include a Wi-Fi 6 router – you may be required to return the router and/or additional mesh devices if you cancel your service. Call packages includes calls to UK landlines & major mobiles. Fair Usage Policy applies. Get a new telephone number for free, or transfer your existing number to us for a one off fee of £20. 20% off computer repairs & I.T. support services valid on labour charges and for residential customers only. Discount does not apply to any applicable call-out fees, software, parts or new/refurbished hardware sales.
