I was experiencing a “nasty” virus which was slowing down my PC greatly and it was hardly running at all. 
Not being geeky, and by chance contacted Worcester I.T Services and Edward paid me a visit here in Worcester within a couple of days. 
I found him to be friendly but above all else helpful and professional. 
Nothing seemed to much trouble for him and he was fixing things for some time! 
By the time he left, all was well. The charge for his call was worth every penny and I would recommend him to anyone experiencing similar problems with their PC. 
I for one will definitely be calling him again should any further problems arise!
